About two or three months after deciding to live in the dorm, the dorm residents, including Vey, were gathered and chatting in the living room. One of the dorm residents told Vey about her surprise that she rarely saw Mawar.
Even one of the other dorm residents added that Mawar was often not in her room at night.
Vey was surprised and curious. As someone closest to Mawar, she planned to ask Mawar about it.
The next day, Vey knocked on Mawar's door while calling her name.
“Mawar, I'm sorry about this. Your friends said you're often not in your room at night. Where do you usually go?” Vey said.
“Yes, Vey, actually I already have a boyfriend,” Mawar replied with a cheerful face.
Vey explained that at that time Mawar seemed very happy telling about her boyfriend, who turned out to be her senior and met on campus. Mawar also explained that her boyfriend, whose name was Restu, often came to the dorm and chatted with Mawar in the living room.
Vey felt strange and surprised at that time because according to the other dorm residents, the living room was often empty, especially after 9 pm.
But Mawar insisted that she and Restu often chatted together in the living room.
Until finally Mawar said she would introduce Restu to Vey when he came, as proof that Mawar was not lying to Vey.
Vey agreed, because on the one hand she was also curious about Restu. The man who made Mawar fall in love so much.
The next day, night came and Mawar knocked on Vey's room door. Mawar called Vey to tell her that Restu had arrived.
Vey, seeing Mawar who had dressed up beautifully to welcome her boyfriend's arrival, felt surprised because Restu, who came to visit, was so late at night, around 10:30 pm.
While running towards the living room and leaving Vey behind, Mawar shouted that Restu had arrived.
Mawar opened the living room door and kept calling Vey to come to the living room immediately.
As soon as Vey entered the living room, she saw a figure of a pocong (a ghost) with a very dirty shroud in front of the door. The pocong looked very scary to Vey, so it caused her to scream.
Mawar, seeing Vey screaming, immediately approached Vey to ask what was wrong with her.
“There's a pocong” said Vey who was still very scared.
Mawar, who didn't see any pocong, kept assuring Vey that it was Restu, her boyfriend.
The very loud scream also woke up the other dorm residents. And unexpectedly, the residents who came out of their rooms to see what was happening were also shocked and frightened by the appearance of a very scary pocong.
Mawar insisted that it was her boyfriend, Restu. A few moments after the chaos occurred, the pocong disappeared and Mawar fainted.
After that, Vey and the other dorm residents took Mawar to her room. A few moments after regaining consciousness, Mawar only cried and still tried to convince her friends that it was Restu.Mawar opened the living room door and kept calling Vey to come to the living room immediately. Mawar's parents took her home. Her house was very far from the campus but still in the same city.
After Mawar was taken by her parents, a strange incident happened. Every night there was a knocking sound from the door of each dorm resident. No one dared to open the door.
Because of the continuous disturbances, one by one the dorm residents decided to move out. Along with that, Vey also never heard any news about Mawar again. The next day, Mawar's parents came to the dorm after being contacted, then Vey explained the incident that happened to Mawar.
